Repairs
We at Tommy's Guitar Shop take pride in the quality of our work and guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. We care about you and your instrument, so if you have any issues with the instrument at all after the work has been completed please come back in and we will immediately address the issue. Parts, strings, and taxes are not included in the prices. The actual price may vary; these prices are for instruments in proper working and playing order. As each instrument is unique, they must be inspected and evaluated prior to any work being performed.
Full Restring - Strings Sold Separately
Our Full Restring includes the following:
- Removal of old strings.
- Clean and condition fingerboard and tighten all hardware.
- Restring and tune with new strings and stretch until stable.
- Clean and polish the instrument.

Essential Setup
Our Essential Setup package includes the following:
- Removal of old strings.
- Clean and condition fingerboard and polish frets - We also check for high frets.
- Tighten and inspect all hardware to ensure they work as intended.
- Restring and tune with new strings of your choosing. (Not included in price)
- Basic work such as filing nut slots, truss rod adjustment as well as bridge saddle radius and intonation.
- Adjust pickup heights and clean electronics.
- Finally we clean and polish the instrument.

Basic Pickup Install/Replacement
Our Basic Pickup Install covers the installation/direct replacement of a single Humbucker or Single-Coil. Installations requiring anything beyond the basic install, including but not limited to: Coil Tap/Split and disassembly of bridges and pickguards will incur an extra charge.
